Order & Delivery

Due to the fragile nature of most of the items we sell, we need time to safely and securely wrap and pack your order. We usually dispatch orders within 10 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.

All orders are sent via a tracked delivery method with trusted carriers. You will be notified of your order tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched the delivery address cannot be altered.

Delivery timescales:

Hong Kong orders are usually delivered within 10 working days. That means, under normal circumstances, an order of purchase will be delivered to our clients not later than 14 days.

Meanwhile we will only deliver our orders in the local Hong Kong market. Currently, international orders outside Hong Kong are not available.

We only use the best quality packing materials to ensure your items to be safely delivered to you.

Please note, we cannot deliver your order to PO Box addresses. Both residential address and an office address for your delivery order are accepted.

If your order is returned to us as “undelivered”, with your indicated address, you will be liable to absorb the return charges imposed by the delivery agent and/or the cost of sending once again your order to you.
