Refund Policy

Returns

Should you find defects in the purchased product(s) or if we deliver you the wrong product(s), please inform us within 14 days upon receiving your order.

If after 14 days upon receipt of the purchased item(s), we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund.  That means, from the 15th days onwards, no refund request shall be entertained.

To request for a refund, it is important that you send us an email to  info@tennyson.store within 14 days upon receiving your purchased item(s). You are also  required to notify us of the defects in the product(s). We must then receive your returned item(s) within 14 days of your return request, prior to making any necessary arrangements for refund, or otherwise.

If you ordered the purchased product(s) and subsequently you change your mind not to purchase it or simply like us to refund, under such a circumstance, we SHALL NOT entertain your change-of-mind request for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as far as possible. To complete your return process, we require our customers to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase issued by Tennyson’s Vintage & Classics.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. Or, without refund, if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors.

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the request is approved, then the refund will be processed within 14 days. We shall inform you by email or by WhatsApp.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@tennyson.store. We shall follow up your case within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Return Products 

To return your product(s), please contact us for the address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs, if any & if applicable,  for returning your item(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery by courier will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest that you send your returned item(s) by a tracked delivery method, if possible. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Or, we can communicate via WhatsApp for the matter.
